Promotions at BD always the same crooks

Is it just me or is it that it’s always the same crooks who keep getting promoted? The incompetent a** kissers who flat out lie and smile at town halls to all us. Failed projects and initiative getting awards and praise when we all know the calamity those projects were. Let’s not forget about the sh-t heads in tbe MDP programs and alike who keep getting promoted over and over and over while the rest Rot and never see a promotion .. BD is really going down the drain thanks to the horrors we have been hiring the last decade .. clown after clown crook after crook incompetent after incompetent they are sinking this company beyond repair.

I agree with the Latino comment they are so abrasive arrogant and flat out rude. They don’t reply to emails , they speak in a condescending manner in meetings and are so nasty I don’t know if it’s a culture thing but you want to tell them hey dude this isn’t Mexico don’t talk to me like that I will have ur a** written up by tbe ethics department.. in fact a Latina who is the biggest b* around manages to get herself a new job at a higher level after she was investigated by ethics for her unprofessional behavior .. they are definitely over compensating .. tbe titles are getting to their heads like someone said I don’t even f*ing understand half what they’re saying how can u lead at thst level u have to speak proper English.. bd is a sinking ship and right now it’s sinking due to its very very incompetent leaders plain and simple.

Last comment was hilarious, but I agree with the observation. In BD, many of the Latinos don’t even speak English properly and have global roles😃
Racist folks are not able to understand whether to upvote or downvote:). They are still figuring out if someone effed both racists and DEI hires in one shot.

Hate to see so much complaints against poor lady. Yes, she is incompetent and was hired under DEI initiative. But why people are against her but not her hiring manager? Is it because HM is a male and white? Pathetic racism at display.

The CIO was undeniably hired as part of a diversity initiative. This is evident from the poor quality of her decisions. I've known so many exceptionally talented individuals of color, which makes it even more perplexing why she was chosen for the role. The IT department here is deeply flawed, and most of the so-called 'leaders' appear unqualified for their positions.

In my experience, DEI hires often are more arrogant. It seems that, deep down, they might feel unqualified for their roles, which drives them to overcompensate and constantly assert their authority. Closely observe latinos in BD, you will find them much more arrogant than any other.

BD has now hired Genpact. So along with Capgemini, TCS , Wipro, HCL now another kickback provider for our leaders.

Be ready for more layoffs.

I run the risk of being branded as racist if I say BD got most of poor employees from one continent.

100% agree with the last comment. Regarding CIO, no issue with color, race or gender. But, if she was a skill based hire, she would understand what kind of jokers she has in her team. A good CIO needs to have varied IT skills along with leadership acumen, but she has neither.

Once you hire an incompetent leader at the top, all hires below him/ her will slowly be like that. Just check so called leaders under our CIO - most of them do not qualify for a role here, let alone leadership positions. This is happening because of one DEI hire.
