In May, there was a town hall meeting where DS came with a bunch of higher ups and they all left in a limo! They made people come into the office on a Friday just because DS has a vacation home in FL and was going to be staying there for that weekend so of course make it a “business” trip. Glad to see Thursdays town hall proved you can in fact do a virtual town hall. It’s hard to shush the rumors DS when you all do everything you can to avoid answering our questions…

When I worked in the Tampa office, DS's son was attending the local university & he came to talk to us for an hour about bs in order to expense his trip to visit his son.
There was another time where he and some other executives charted a private jet to do townhalls across states. The townhall too was just bs. Something that could've been sent in an email. My guess is they did that because they had just recruited a new president who was a graduate from an ivy league university and needed to keep face because they always lied to people when they recruited them.
DS's main concern was to contradict the rumor mill, not to offer answer or empathy. JL? Where is he? Their perks do not go away.
Guy has been asleep at the wheel for quite some time. Only still around trying to get to the point where his stock vests and he can leave this place and get it all.
He probably has enough stock in Kemper valued to pay 1/2 of the salaries of the people laid off. Would have been 100% of them had he not been a part of the leadership team driving this company to the ground and which in turn has led to stock price being down so much.
