Thread regarding Ciena Corp. layoffs

company B And company A offers-

So I interviewed with two companies recently, both pre-IPO. Before company B moved to make an offer I accepted company A in writing who made a really good offer.

But now company B has made a better offer.

I have 10 yrs of experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

Both companies are offering me a Staff level position.

Both company A and company B offered negligibly the same TC $450k with about a 2k difference between them.

Company B is offering approx 50k more cash annually than company A did.

The problem being that I accepted company A’s offer before company B extended an offer.

Should I see if company A is willing to renegotiate? Will they blacklist me if I recind my offer acceptance? How will this impact how they look at me?
