CF early retirement

Any thoughts on what drove CF to make this sudden move?

@1ek I'm hoping that they would make ACN accountable.. however, they gave very limited stalwarts to define the success criteria on a clean core.

CF was exited for MD to make changes, MF is feels like a temporary band-aid until there is a another restructuring of SEC. I would not be surprised if he ends up left in charge of a skeleton org.

I'm wondering on how Matt will restructure .. Core ERP is cleaned up - next should be the following.

  • Capability Product Engineering and Product Management teams
  • Corporate Functions
  • HR Technology

This is time for some of the Sr. directors to take larger portfolio.

@bh - I’m assuming they mean organizational direction? Maybe over hired? Not sure.

She will be joining Accenture. That was part of the multi million contract spearheaded/signed by her.

"Tanked an org over years"....what does this even mean? Did she blow up the budget? If so, how much?
I can totally understand if you were impacted a few weeks ago.
