Check your bonus. I received less than q1 after doubling my "payout".

Bonuses have just become a joke with this company. Dmi bonus is gone now and only will bonus quarterly, so you better hit every month or make up for what month you didn’t hit. Regardless, your bonus won’t be worth it anyways… you’ll do 1.5-2 million in sales for those 3 months and you might get 500$ from that
I work my wage. I don't do much anymore. Just drive around in the Malibu and click on the pitcher app.

It was dmi bonus, not revenue.
@dy one check- I don’t think that this is them trying to sc--w anyone. I think it’s a legitimate mistake on their end and they will fix it.
Do these appear as two separate deposits for you all? One regular pay check one bonus?
Just looked at mine and it is about 40% of what it should be. I could sell some stuff on Facebook and make more money than I got, this company is pathetic! In the old days we worked hard to get bonuses because it was a real bonus! I’m just going to keep the shelves full and milk some OT to make up for it. No incentive to sell anything extra and make more work for myself!
0 incentive to work hard at this company. You'll get paid the same as the ones who do nothing.
I didn't even get a bonus because my ftow don't ever order enough or keep anything full.

So pathetic! Our quarterly bonuses used to be so dang good that people would bust a-s to get it! Why even brother? They sc--w with the numbers so badly too, gross!

For this qtr , you will also receive a bonus based on Walmart blended dmi 30% .
Q3 it will be 100% based on revenue
I think that this is just an error relating to ADP. I assume it will be fixed.
The only territory on my team to get to 100% and didn’t even gross $1000…pathetic
