It's worse than that. Your manager has been told by their EMG to work on downgrading people below 100% bonus on a "meets" just so that a few "exceeds" can get their >100%. In other words, you have been sacrificed for your co-worker. This practice is pervasive in the ECIO dept and a few other lines of businesses. After the bonus payout, people should leave. There isn't much to stay for at USAA given how things have become. There are many better opportunities out there.
I am thinking jelly of the month club percentage.
My guess is about 80% of target bonus amount
After todays meeting, my thoughts are not positive.
