The job market is straight trash. Hundreds of people applying for just one position. There are now more job seekers than there are jobs. Companies can pay whatever they want now. I wish I would’ve switched up companies years ago when there were a ton of jobs available. Because now I’m stuck in a position that I can’t leave. been passed over for promotion countless times by incompetent leadership. now I jus t do as minimum as possible to scrape by. ive learned that no matter how hard i work, its not going to get me anywhere or put more money in my pocket. this company is broken and our competitors are laughing at as
