Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Engagement Survey

Why does this company need an engagement survey to find out how people feel about the company? The fact that 90% of the people they hire quit within 2 months should tell them everything they need to know.

@22f our DM used to tell us to take competitors product off a shelf of their display and take a pic, and it counted. Talk about waste of management! Pathetic! Give them a promotion right!

@1gw: Hey, they didn’t blow all their money on just infrastructure, don’t forget the pitcher app! That app is going to save DSD! It’s best they take the time and resources to track who is using it too! As in, we go into a store leave it run a few minutes while we walk around and don’t actually use it…

Unfortunately there are very few old Nabisco leaders around. The ones that probably are left were the ones they promoted because of their incompetence just to get them out of the field. Now they can really do some damage on a higher level.

Mondelez stock sank 12% in 2 days following Q3 results. Transcripts are on-line for all to read.

Just look up Mondelez and see what they announced when they gave third quarter results. I think all the regions are equally bad, RVP’s all are greedy monsters. If only shareholders knew what went on….sad! Lack of leadership on every single level! Set up to fail!

What is the worst region in the United states, is there any senior leadership that has nabisco or at least Kraft experience, I don’t think they have a clue what it takes to be best in class at dsd.

@OP if they cared about how their employees felt, they would know! Point being, they don’t!
Things are about to get a whole lot worse now too. With the recently announced forecast, expect what’s coming. Too bad they spent all that money on infrastructure, moving to new offices in downtown Chicago was a waste! Invest in your people, it will go a lot further, I think it’s already too late!
