@dbpg+1k9UJhUC That's great news for the staff that they dropped the booster mandate. I have no regrets leaving when I did, it's been a good year with a lot less stress.
Had a similar experience and no regrets either. They don't care unless they know you from big blue. I should have left ages ago.
I left for a MAANG job and no regrets. It was a massive comp increase and BC didn't do sht to improve things despite legit reasons told me to love it or leave it while bringing in new people at much bigger comp. The bonus would have been nice but I more than made up for it and you can't get too greedy. The market is not as good now but engineering jobs still pay top dollar in MAANG. The non-tech... meh.
Take care of yourself and do what's best for you, period. Got a wife and kids to support and I'm loyal to what's best for my family. If companies want loyalty they can hire a fkn dog!
@cgvx+1k9UJhUC You lost out then, as they never forced anyone to actually get it. They threatened people, but it was a bluff. The mandate has effectively been dropped. They finally acknowledged that it doesn't do a thing to stop the spread or people getting sick.
Not the OP, but I'm glad I chose NOT to get the mRNA booster & left. My health was/is more important than the cash.
U shoulda stuck around we hit jackpot this yer
Bonus is great for my BU.
