Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

GE Offer

What is GE/Vernova offering for a contract extension? Is a strike possible for Schenectady? Perhaps there will be some SERO's offered if a contract extension is approved.

There will not be a strike in Schenectady they have to many boneless cry babies in Schenectady. No backbone in Schenectady they cried to get a majority of the service work to give the campus one big push to see if if they can produce good quality products. Now they are shipping out a fraction of the production they use too with worse quality than ever seen before. Might I add the waist of material is off the charts. Once the smoke clears after the contract extension and the Schenectady slugs take the contract then the layoffs will begin. They are cooking Schenectady with large numbers because it’s being sold.

The only reason the company would want a contract extension is that they dont think Energy is strong enough to stand on their own. And if that's the case, why would anyone want to work there?
They (Energy) will be bankrupt in 5 years ..... think ENRON.
