Adobe "Fire & Hire" Strategy to lower Average Age on Teams

This is precisely what Adobe is doing. IBM has been exposed. How long can they get away with this?

"IBM’s highest executives created and attempted to conceal a multi-faceted 'fire-and-hire' scheme with the ultimate goal of making IBM’s workforce younger."

This basically just happened to me and I suspect to another colleague. The worst part is the shock to your ego. It’s an extremely hard pill to swallow when you all of a sudden start getting dragged into the mouths of the flesh eating beast and have no choice but to watch.

This has me shaking. Seriously. I was a manager who was rotated out on a "Fire & Hire" rotation. As managers we knew this was normal. So when it happened to me I just rolled with it. This is exactly what Adobe does. I believe it is found at all levels. However it is fever pitch within Sales.
