Since the lay offs I have not had my applications work properly and the applications for scheduling are not working so yes my pay is affected. I am extreamlly disappointed in directv's direction.

I have run into tons of excuses why our pay check is never right. It started out agent error and now we r getting all these sorry for the inconvenience
Benefits group is a mess that took 3 weeks if phone calls and emails just to find out who my Dental Provider was.
Payroll sends out mea culpas every other week asking forgiveness for dropping days or missing bonus payouts.
Forget the impending death of linear TV, we can't even get a handle on the basics of operating any type of company.
Pathetic.
That's will all sites. Everyone one is scrambling. They can't even get pay right. They are tring to keep up the moral but there is none.

My experience working at DTV Los Angeles is that the managers are pretty much hands-off due to no interest in learning the software their staff supports. Just meeting after meeting and then lunch with the rest of the day visiting other managers for small talk gossip and surfing the web.
