Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

From Oracle Investor relations page : https://investor.oracle.com/sec-filings/sec-filings-details/default.aspx?FilingId=16257261
Restructuring section shows : $927M is allocated for End of 2022 and First of 2023. However $507M is spent so far. So expect a major wave of layoff from Oracle to cover this number $420M before March. Expecting at least 10,000 to match numbers of Microsoft. Expectation is to choose one person from each team and some teams/projects to close.

Yes I'd expect at least a 6% layoff so SC and LE can keep up with their peers and investor expectations.

On Blind, a poster with a M6 connection in ES org is saying that Safra asked her EVPs to come up with RIF lists for February. Feb seems like realistic timing (and a perfect time to get out of paying my org's bonus if we are RIF'd) with current tech market/layoff trends.
