I have been looking for a new job and I managed to get two offers, both of which are significantly above what I'm paid here. I'm considering accepting one of them but I'm a bit worried about the volatility of the job market right now and omnipresent layoffs. The 30% bump in pay is very tempting, but what if there are layoffs and I end up being the "last one in, first one out?" Is there anybody who quit in the last few months? Are you regretting that decision?

Accenture is where careers go do die. I hope you took the job. ACN is pure evil and will operate on obsolete principles and corruption as long as those founding boomers are still in charge who will protect their millions and lifestyle at the cost of your life.
Go for it. ACN is not great! Marketing team is great to promote the company, brand, and CEO. Take risk in life and get out before ACN get rid of you.
You will still not be employed in a year. So learn to grow your won food. Hope you don't have an id--tic MBA
30%.. you crazy not to take it. Quit ACN.. they're lame.
If you never risk you will never advance in life. On the other hand no job at Accenture is safe. They are predicting a big layoff next year.
To the answer of your question. I did quit my job right on the middle of the pandemic. It was the best thing I did!
Go for it and don’t be scare!
