#Avaya --It's as BAD as it GETS! THIS IS REAL. Makes Some Noise. EXPOSE #APOLLO

TODAY's 8k was AVAYA exposing the depths of its challenge to get the debt deal settled. APOLLO (they won't go away) has successfully lobbied the creditors to NOT AGREE to an out of court settlement. WHY? Because Apollo wants to drive Bankruptcy in order to take control of Avaya. It is the only way they can secure any control.

MAKE NOISE PEOPLE! Apollo hates press. EXPOSE THEIR GAME if you want Alan Masarek to have any chance at turning things around. Stop posting about how fabulous you believe yourself to be and start exposing how Apollo is trying to force a take over of Avaya.

Well. It's official.
Apollo has the power as they bought into the lender game to give them leverage as of this week. (I won't even begin to specify details as most avayans declare conspiracy theory ridiculousness anytime anyone kindly educates them on the real corporate America).
We all could have made noise and done something. Yet typical...most people just doubled down on Ar-e kissing. Too many not talented people in jobs they are 🚫 qualified for (how many people in marketing actually have a marketing degree 🤔, for example?)
Meanwhile. The REAL Engineers are pushed out. The fake engineers who spew smoke and are not respected by real engineers end up taking marketing jobs!

Remarkable how few of my fellow employees understand corporate governance, corporate capital structure or corporate espionage.

To those of you who made fun of these posts, shame on you. You just collect your paychecks and spin your narratives while the people who built your solutions are impacted. It is pretty sad how few of you knew how to fight for your equity or your company and allowed it to be handed off to a corporate raider like Apollo. You dont deserve your paychecks

WAKE UP PEOPLE:
Scott Vogel (Avaya BoD) and Becky Ruff (Current Avaya Interim CFO) were part of this plot at Faraday Futures this Fall.
The FARADAY EMPLOYEES EXPOSED IT before they could force BK.
Apollo is working with them to force Avaya into BK.
