Thread regarding Omnicell Inc. layoffs

Is another round really coming?

I heard another round of layoffs is coming due to a poor 4th quarter. Lower level and mid-level employees will be hit the hardest. Marketing, Saas, pharmacy advisors, and lower level pharmacy consultants. All these jobs are going to be contracted out now. (Company won't have to cover health and other benefits)

There hasn’t been all of this year long Change training because we have a new strategy or product or merger. And it was NEVER stated that the year end RIF was it. Expect more RIF’ing.

When did she take over? That is very interesting. It is also interesting that they haven't posted when they are going to do their FY22 earnings call. It does make me think they are going to be laying off more people.

Most definitely another round is coming probably in February. Now that Kaye runs marketing, you'll see. She is his best bully by far.

It happened. It's always happening. Ever since McKesson sold it. First to an investment company calling it Asynt then to Omnicell. Working with the idea you might be laid off at any moment is terrible.
