Do you know if only extraordinary ratings will qualify for legends of possible or do meaningful ratings employees can also qualify?

@p4 Search for Legends on this site and you'll find former recipients' comments with their experience.
You clearly don’t review your paystub or W-2. Newsflash, even “Best in Us” award points get taxed.
@qr I don’t recall paying anything so not sure what you’re referring to.
Have fun paying the taxes on your Legendary Award and trip.
@p4 I know of one person awarded a Legend award this year that will be laid off effective 12/26 :-(
Proof that legends were laid off? Seems like a curse.
@ex When I got mine I received enough points for two nice vacations so it was nice. I got my legends as a meaningful performance employee but I did a ton of extra work that year. Nowadays I doubt they give this award to meaningful performance employees, definitely not under Gunjan at the helm.
Meh! Meaningless award. Last year a couple of legends were laid off. That oughta tell you everything about this “fancy” award.
@ex unless you win the lottery, you’ll never experience anything like a Legends trip.
What is the allure of winning the award? Is there money awarded? I know there is a trip of some sort. Hard pass on hanging out with people from work as a “reward”.
If you’re revenue generating and one of the top in the entire bank but still recieved meaningful. Still won’t be eligible for legends of possible or you know anyone with meaningful rating got legend of possible?
@ab fully disagree. I know independent contributors that got extraordinary & exceeded annual rev goals by 250% & missed legends every yr since 2020. I also know that everyone on multiple teams within 24 hour service calls got legends last yr & the yr before. Regular 24 hr, wealth, & business do not have sales/rev generating positions.
Yes, only extraordinary are eligible.
Keep in mind that if you’re not in a revenue generating role and absolutely crushing it, it is pretty unlikely you’ll be selected for it.
@OP only extraordinary
