Is this for real? Have they even figured out the logistics yet?

@hj mine is too and they insist they've heard nothing on the hourly tracking/minimums so it's like... At this point it's all speculation. Not saying it's not going to happen but I've raised it constantly for the last 3-4 months and they keep saying it's not something they've heard.
I’m not going to worry about hypotheticals until anything is announced. My management is usually pretty forthcoming with any behind the scenes info and they have said they’ve not heard any planned changes at this time. Doesn’t mean upper management won’t lie to them but that’s just what I’ve heard from my managers.
Not surprised, but I genuinely feel for remote colleagues. This decision feels short-sighted, especially after only a few years of embracing remote work.
We don’t have the space. Managing committee just moved to the plaza and we’re getting rid of Nicollet. We’d need to make serious changes.
You are aware that hybrid and remote work got U.S. Bank to where it is today long before Covid right?
It was asked in the Tech all-staff. They did NOT deny it. So I would say, yes.
Just work 9-5 M-F as prescribed. Been done over a century. End of Q126. Covid is kaput
Definitely not true.
If it's true, they better buy more real estate because we're already crammed into USB plaza like sardines.
I’ve heard such a rumor floated around but it isn’t confirmed. However, won’t be surprised if it happens - other big employers are doing it.
