@ed you are not wrong. I clawed my way out of claims to come to U/W and that was just 2020 before the mandatory OT. But there is no way I could go back to claims, for any company.
Billing is already starting to bring on offshore reps. If you are in a contact center especially remote workers, you are not safe.
SFPP will be eliminated by 2015.
U/W is done! Sorry to say but you have about 12 more months. 2 more rounds of layoffs coming this year for you in U/W. What ever you do, do not take a jobs in claims. It is a total and complete sh-t hole and the leadership is pure sc-m of the earth. Claims tries to torture, abuse and torment you enough so you will quit! Take the severance package if you can and get out of this industry and far away from State Farm. They will lie and tell you what a great opportunity it is but at the end of the day it is a life and soul ki-ler!
