Can access anything in the horrible designed US Bank temporary browser. Constantly locked out, multiple hour long calls to their IT to no avail. All they do is blame UB computers and don’t actually help. Can’t enter my time, manager can’t edit my time, can’t do the training they’re assigning, etc, etc. This is such a nightmare I don’t doubt it’s another way to push out higher paid UB employees who don’t want to deal with this sh-t.

Abysmal management and decision making from UnionBank side. Status quo with minimal work.
Help desk and desktop support outsourced so good luck getting any help. Outsourcing was a disastrous decision that no one is being held accountable for and who knows how much money is being spent and wasted on it.
Have you looked at pension benefits. It’s almost half compared to US Bank. No one is asking that question because maybe those who have less than 3 years with MUFG are not fully vested and rest are not close to retirement so are not paying attention.
When will they start laying off Mufg Union bank employees at Us bank? Specifically those mufg employees who’s te still working fully remote in New York and New Jersey?
Totally agree - I am blocked from US Bank portal and can't get tech support to fix it. Health benefits are also lousy compared to MUFG.
