Citi has really been good at bending to the will of the “woke” community and every bragging about it every chance they get. Now, the woke community is leaning toward a union within Citi. Will Citi continue and bend the knee?
Right now, even without reading this post, the upper echelon in their ivory towers are panicking as this all unfolds.

Woke is where its at. A key component of socialnomics. You can claim “I’m woke” and its like a get out of jail free card. You can sum up anything you do with “I just want to do the right thing” and this statement in itself absolves you from all perceived wrong doing. Even if what you are doing is NOT “the right thing”, it doesn’t matter. It also absolves you from any violence as the more outraged you are, the more entitled you are to carry out violent acts. Riots, looting, burning down city blocks, we’ve seen it all over the news already.
As for me, oh yeah, I’m woke and sleep under the blanket of entitlement. I can’t tell you how comforting and re-assuring it is. Walking on cloud nine baby.

Citi, if unionize will be the same as all other positions, assigned by the boss, another high pay promotion for friends no technical skills and talk as management talks, pretend we are the voice of employee!!!! 😂
A few weeks ago I was on a long running call with breaks in between. Everyone was tired as the call went on and on. I guess a few of the managers were worn down and let their guard down. When it came to the direction the company was going in one manager said “we are in a lull at the moment until the woke people tell us what to do” another manager chimed in with “no kidding”.
So here we are woke employees are poking the hornets nest looking into unionizing. I wonder how revered the woke personnel will be now.
