The WARN Act doesn’t protect against firing with cause, such as redundancies, which are justifiable considering the company was operating at a $4M/day loss

Look up the law called the "WARN Act", you ignorant numpty.

Nobody is obligated to pay severance. Elon will do whatever he wants.
