Headline is accurate - our CEO is "celebrating" the demise of thousands of employees. Save us the lies of how "difficult" these layoffs are for leadership, and how "thoughtful" the company is in its approach. Why are we all still here working for this type of person?

@ca Wells HR has social media police, so you go that route, you’ll be contacted.
The problem is, is no one goes on social media, like Tick Tok and talks about what is really, really happening. The general public is aware of the layoffs as it is public Information. Articles concerning layoffs always make light of it. What the public and customers in particular don't know, is exactly how many jobs are in India, and that they have all their personal information. We have received complaints from customers who swear that their cards, accounts and online banking is being hacked by those overseas. They are after all, being trained to work the U.S banking system, and then they hand that information over to those scammers who call U.S citizens. They always seem to know a great deal, well of course they do, thanks to WF. So its not just the layoffs that Shart brushes off his hands, it's all of his customers that are being scammed by the very people he sold out our jobs too. It takes a special kind of soulless c_nt to do that. IYKYK
@ac He should be called out on this at his next Town Hall.
@ac he does seem very smug about it. that little grin!!
You got to be a real sick fu-k to celebrate something like this. And I don't even necessarily fault c-suite types for doing layoffs, I understand it's part of the business cycle. But have some humility about the lives you're upending. Charlie consistently comes across as gleeful and proud of himself every time he's interviewed on this topic. Its fu--ing distasteful
It's not a bug, it's a feature of the elites. Fluff and noise designed to confuse the masses. Only signal matters, layoffs are a constant and successful. They are but willing mouth pieces for the new Kings and Lords of Western Civilization. Except in this paradigm there are no consequences to their actions. Failure means nothing. The system is broken.
Straight up sociopath behavior.
