Interesting...I know many of us are hoping somebody gets traction with a legal response back to companies trying to cull their older employee base...

@cf or to say that location strategy strategy supersedes a dr order? That in itself should raise some concerns Medical accommodations they allow, but only for a little while, and if the job is not in the 50 mile radius to begin with or in my case, moves to a greater distance they won't honor it.

Medical issue doesn't change, but because im nowhere near the new location, they won't let me be full time remote, as before there were no issue.

Anybody else had a situation like that? What did you do? I thought about getting a legal opinion, as it's a valid concern.

unfortunately, Wells has been very indiscriminate when it comes to layoffs for WLS. Young, old, black, white, doesn't matter, we're all just an expense.

Should be illegal. American companies should not be allowed to sell out to the lowest bidder. Shart and his ilk should be hung for treason.

This has been obvious for some time now. Just as the move to India is a way to replace American workers for cheaper labor.
