We have far more layers of management and support than any other financial institution. Operating committee is focused on this not only to reducie costs and redundancies but accelerating decision making.

It’s way too large because most of them are support/oversight/control roles. How many people do we need to check each other’s work while pretending to add any substance? Everyone of them is chasing minute and irrelevant items while having zero competence in spoting the obvious risks.

There will be a small contingent of the remaining butt kissers left in US and then majority in IP. His org is still severely bloated with overpaid sr mgrs and directors that do nothing, especially the ones in ITV.
