I've been trying to find a new option for a long time now and I haven't had any luck so far. That's the only reason why I'm still here, and I guess the main reason why most of you are still in this mess of a company?

Wat goes around comes around
This company will get exactly wat they dealt out back then.
A bad deal
Payback is happening one day at a time
After 30 years I have received a quarter raise in 20 months
Absolutely unexplainable
Good luck to all
I got laid off in 2020. After 23 years of working for the company. Just because they wanted cheaper labor. But it all work out. I am store manager of a different company. And making lot more money. I kinda wish I would have left earlier on my own.
The bottom line is Hyvee is a terrible company to make a career with. They treat their employees aweful their expectations are unrealistic and their supervision wont even communicate and if they do it's all negative, nothing positive. Stay away there are plenty of other jobs that will treat you much better than hyvee.
I left on my terms after 25+ years and even worked at corporate for some time. I have found a new company to work for and within 1 year of leaving Hy-Vee I am making more at the new company. Sure there is a new learning curve, I am amazed at how different life truly is, and it is for the better. Shame on me for not realizing this earlier. Looking forward though and I am again excited about the future. In all aspects from a business side to my personal side. You dont know until you dont know...
PLEASE PLEASE DONT GIVE UP.THERE ARE MANY JOBS OUT THERE .IT WILL HAPPEN.
Are you still breathing, and have blood flowing in your body? If so, you are marketable. I left the best company to work for in America several years ago, after years of degredation and humiliation. It was an exilarating feeling the day I walked out. Still regret not doing it years ago. Two days afterwards, was hired at 30% more than what I made working at the s**thole for 22 years.
