What does that mean?
is it a me p-o? 😂
I can tell you from experience, they will want proof. HR is absolutely not on your side. And honestly, anyone you think that is at Gainwell who holds any sort of supervisory position is not either. You can report online or call the ethics line and it is supppsed to be anonymous. I have filed reports and it seems nothing has ever changed. 🤷🏻♀️. Luckily I’m out of there now (due to the toxic work environment created by my manager. Motivated me to bounce ) best of luck, but document, document, document.
The only true answer here is to leave. Why stay at such a toxic place? Not only are the leaders terrible but the organization as a whole are operating illegally and unethically. Why stay being a part of that?
Try a free consultation with an employment lawyer and see what they advise.
@OP Collect evidence, it is better if a coworker hears it as well and agrees. Anonymous will not work. Reach out to a manager outside your organization that you trust to provide guidance. The ethics hotline can be anonymous. If you are concerned that there will be personal retribution, then get out.
Do you have proof? Otherwise it is a he said/anonymous said situation. Alternatively you could gather others that have been harmed and "me too" him but you can't retain anonymity.
dang, mines just full of sh-t. We let him pretend hes as cool as he thinks he be XD
