It is hilarious watching all the smoke being blown about Kinetic winning all these women’s workplace awards…. Where are all these Women at in President and CEO roles? That is where it should be visible… otherwise it’s just a feel good smoke screen…

This group only supports the old boy network. They award business to their friends and whoever can get them the free golf membership. Most corrupt group I’ve seen in the history of company and that is saying a lot! Women are a token only.
@16q with all the top weight in that org, I am sure you have to change stuff all the time to make it look like you all are doing something especially when you are at those kind of wages…even though the end result would be the same without the nonsense.

Be glad you don't, after seeing the incompetence Orth brought to the org I doubt we would survive if more folks like her were here. She gets one phone call of something that went wrong and the whole team is in meetings all the next day changing up every process to not inconvenience her again.

I wonder what the EEOC would say about those submission write ups that were submitted to win those awards.
They also went on the same kick with hiring veterans. They didn't boast about how they fired a bunch of them though.

They had some women directors and VPs the last few years (5-recently) that had no business being director level or higher.
