Got made redundant at Avanade before I even started my role on the 24th of Jan 2023. Pretty pi---d off and it's hard to get a software dev job where I live :/

Well No. Everything is not great in Accenture. They are hiring probably (due to attrition) but there is an insider news brewing that layoffs are coming here too. When customers are not spending and there is a huge workforce to feed, Accenture has no appetite for non-billable and bench workers. This is a SI chop shop so be aware.

It will depend on where the Millionaire golfing buddy Accenture-Microsoft Boomers can pad their pockets the most between the two companies - especially now that they moved so many of those guys over to Microsoft. So, first they'll take heads out of Microsoft, check, and then they'll see where they can replace those resources through Accenture, check, and if they need more Accenture's to run their ponzi scheme until they cash in before the market crashes. They do it every time.
