Haphazard layoffs by a failing company, who is unwilling to innovate and leadership who is only interested in getting their bonuses… is what this should be titled.

They took whole dept out it cant be just a 10% cut. I feel 10% is just a number that is picked not freak people out.

I don’t feel people deserve it. All teams I was in contact with were extremely professional in what they did.
They decided the most desperate act to save themself instead of innovative ideas that they are getting paid for to make and strategize. Very disappointed in leadership.

Severance is a percentage of your annual pay, broken out in tiers based on years of experience. 0-1 years = 4%… 13+ years = 50%.

In Denver a handful of Commercial call center agents, project managers, and call center managers got cut. An AVP in the Indirect Sales Operations org was impacted too. 10% headcount reduction seems about right. We all got the phone calls from our bosses shortly after Bill Morrow’s email was sent. It’s 5pm and I still haven’t received my severance details, as promised.

Hourly too. Multiple Prem Techs being notified by yard in California so far. Off the books on February 3rd. So not just Management.

Management only right now. 12% as posted below would put the total number around 400-500. Severance caps at 50% of pay after 13 years of service. More changes are expected with pending reorganizations. I was told this was happening because of declining revenue and if that continued expect more cuts.

Still waiting on my all clear meeting. My boss said I was safe, but until I get that I'm not going to count on it. Thankfully I hired a resume guy over the holiday break.

I thought the email says management employees. Are non-management also targeted? What's the severance package like?

They’re notifying folks starting 12 EST. It’s nerve wrecking to say the very least.
