Enhanced parental leave benefits-:(

So my delayed merit increase is paying for new parents to have up to 16 weeks off paid at 100%. Once again, P66 shows that they only value youngsters and not the experienced and long tenure employees

Parental leave was just a week when I joined. Good for the new hires. Nevertheless , it is true that the younger new recruits are paid as much as someone who has been with the company for 15 yrs or more

Your money didn’t go to children, it went to share buybacks and dividends: ie begging for Wall Street pennies.

Focus on the real issue. American labor of all stripes has been “on sale” since the Reagan Administration. It’s the only bipartisan policy.

Enhanced parental leave is a low cost benefit to the company. In many departments, they don’t budget a cost for this. Rather, when someone takes leave, the remaining team members pick up the work until they return.
