We are still waiting for that big layoff in Evendale. You might want to pick up palm reading instead of predicting the future.
" “We needed something that was affordable, and would support all the variants” of the F-35, he added."
But we have "lean" process' to cut costs. Don't we?
Fake News.
After this breaking news Evendale will be hit. Already talks of hiring freeze and possible layoffs.

Had allot invested in the engine.
I see there are still some 2020-21 complainers still posting foolishness!
I've also heard about Wilmington shuttering within next 3 years. And I don't even work at the Wilmington plant. We are getting some of their machines and we are already receiving most of the forgings they used to get. I hate it for them.
The hiring and spending is insane and out of control. It will come crashing down. The only question is when.
Wilmington will be sending most of its work to other sites. The hiring of 100+ people have been canceled.
Of course, you just know management can't allow themselves to pay all of the potential bonuses in April.
We’re just now calling back the rest of those who were laid off three years ago.
Or is nothing happening after all?
