It depends on your objective. If your goal is to be whacked then ask anything you want.

Looks like some posts are disappearing from the board. Wonder if this site is hosted by O.

why even bother attend, other than to officially block some time off?
the all-hands is to tell u, nt to ask u. even if u ask a qn, watever answer they give, isnt going to satisfy u anyway, correct? if u just want to vent, and u asked, dun worry abt repercussions. i dun think they r even bothered :)

if u planning to ask, ask a "u implemented some changes/proj/initiative/program in FY, how did that achieve whatever metrics and how did they make Oracle more money?"

then u realise that its all about buying other profitable companies, squeeze the users, trim the support, product engrg, integrate product into the whole stack (make it difficult to use/migrate away), cut the newly acquired HR/legal/facilities mgmt, repeat.

It is the one place for you to make an impact, to raise your head above all the others … so they can chop it off!

It would be a mistake to think they would give you an honest answer to your difficult question

Yes it is. All hands is just a puppet show with slides, contents prepared well in advance. It’s just a stage to show off. Don’t try to be fool raising difficult questions there.
