$224 million in Cloud and license.
$7 million in Hardware.
$17 million in Services.
$94 million in Other.

That’s true, sounds like they’re claiming they spent less than they had put aside for the restructuring.

Not saying they have to spend all of it

But it's not there on page 18/20 is it, what's the specific text. The text says the money's there but it doesn't say it needs to be spent by the end of the year.

Most likely, Admin, Legal, HR ....etc
Major downsizing old Oracle to focus on the new O: Cloud, Cerner and AI.
Size is no longer important, profit matters, out with the waste.
