From Sec report, we see that Oracle services is doing poorly. Income is 1376 where as expenses is 1215. Not sure if the numbers are adjusted for stakeholders. Who leads this org? and were there any layoffs earlier on this ?. Seeing this as more non-profit area and might be targeted for layoff.

The services team helps with adoption of our profitable SaaS services. Alternative would be to have partners like Deloitte do the work, but we can drive greater customer satisfaction with our team.
