That is exactly right. Oracle plans their layoffs months in advance. Why do you have all that money for "restructuring"? What a collection of lying sacks of bull droppings.
Can confirm on the layoffs. Oracle severance package is a joke. This company should be considered as Tier 3 company at most

There is no way it's related to the banking system. Oracle been planning this layoff for at least a few months before anything with the banking system started going to sh-t.
