I'm tired of all the positive spin that has been happening over the last 6 months from our new management. First, No Bankruptcy & Avaya is financially secure, Then Avaya will be stronger and better positioned post Chapter 11, and now after significant layoffs & an announced planned 2nd Chapter 11 in 5 years, MORE LAYOFFS ARE EXPECTED. Folks, just read the 8K filings from December 2022. They clearly state and lay out that there would be more cost savings / layoffs thru Q3 FY23. ASL's and RSL's were being asked 4 weeks ago to start planning for headcount reductions in Q3 both in the USA and Avaya International......
Everyone, and I mean everyone, on my team is looking for another job!
Please do yourself a favor and start looking too. It is over for Avaya in my opinion. If you still trust a word that comes out of AM's mouth then I feel sorry for you.
Also I suggest turning this place into a career advice/job referral space so we can help each other. We certainly should know by now that AM doesn't care about any of us so let's empower/support each other.
