If you keep up with the business news you will see reports of many tech companies going through a second round of layoffs. I don’t think anyone would be surprised if the same happens with Nielsen.
I’m confused. They said they will only have layoffs through Q1. Q1 is over now, are there still going to be layoffs?

I expect small business will be cut - if you are in a remote location with a limited business you are clearly at risk.
So toxic workplace. Managers all trying to justify their existence before the next round. Been told outright " we are not filling vacancies...work harder for less". Blatant brown-nosing by some just to keep their jobs.

Leadership will look to keep only the parts of the business that meet a certain profit margin.
Areas with “potential “ future growth or legacy work that is no longer profitable will be eliminated.
