Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

WFH layoffs coming

If you are a work from home, skinny jean coffee guzzler who dropped daycare, be prepared

This group is among the least productive according to corporate surveillance software.

It is about time to call in the masses to the office and make them accountable. Because they aren't now. Put down the coffee and door dash lunch and put the old nose to the grindstone.

Lazys going away. Lol

What a goof. More WFH flexibility has been announced instead of this crackpot ranting.

Wow was this guy wrong. The corporate release we all got this morning said hybrid is here to stay. That doesn't mean there won't be layoffs, but it means that the poster here had no clue. Could just as easily be layoffs across the board whether your at the office 8-6, 5 days a week, or you work from Adak Alaska.

S-xist OP with no understanding of how teams work internally.

If you need to be on campus to grind, you are going to be fired regardless of whether you are in 6 days a week or 0.

Teams want ICs who can run their own masts, not take orders.

This is facts, I work 2 hours at most a week. The org as a whole is useless also. How we have not already been laid off is a miracle. Absolute incompetence. Hallelujah, our savior will be here soon!
