I’m predicting an epic failure. Any chance I can be wrong?

IMHO @onbh+1laOEYIV overstates the situation, although some of the folks who have worked very hard to mitigate the dependency on the erstwhile Russian partners have moved on. I myself left in part because I could see the writing on the wall there, and it's not good.
As for @jptg+1laOEYIV, when I left, (Spring 2022) the plan was to standardize on one Order Mgmnt system (NGOMS) though there was one corner case (I don't recall which) might require an older OMS to stick around for a bit. I don't know where things landed on market data which might be a stickier wicket.
No one on blue side understands TOS. And since Basher ki-led off all the Ru----e TOS developers, no one on green side knows it either.
How are things looking for tos moving to the blue side in November? That's tge most challenging conversion.
Also, down the road, is the plan to use one order system and the one market data system?
And does anyone know what runs on the mainframe? I've heard it's a priority to move off it, but not sure what it does.
@dacj+1laOEYIV green has done it more, which is why there are so many greens are on the conversation team.
As much as green doesn’t want to hear it. We’ve done this multiple times and conversion will be successful. Have you seen the tenure at Schwab?
There was a repulsive amount of boasting and back patting in our group on Tuesday.
Went well!!!
Let the clown show begin
