Where there is smoke? There is fire. Every Notified female VP has either been shown the door or stepped down in the last 6 months. The only people seeing promotions are those with both a male anatomy and personal history with events leadership. A bonafide boys club.

I dont work there any longer, but i will say this post is cr-p! I am a female and was treated fair, had plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement and there are plenty of women in charge there. Yes, there are some people that have a presence there, but those folks also put in the time, work round the clock and bust their @ss daily. Some of the hardest working people i have met. This post is fake news. Sounds like someone is angry for other reasons and trying desperately to blame men? It’s disgusting! Everyone at Notified has worked their @sses off to get to 2023. They went through so much cr-p to survive and now are being attacked for working day and night? EVERYONE works hard at Notified. Just look over the Linkedin profiles of females there and it will clearly show advancement and promotions. D-mb post!
Not sure if you’re trolling or what but a female on my team was just promoted. Another female was promoted to VP of PR OPS. Marketing is lead entirely by female. HR lead by a female. Sales has had several females rise up. My manager, my entire team, most of the people I actually interact with on a daily basis are all female. Are you even talking about Notified?
What? I just started 9 months ago and noticed a large female leadership around the company. VP of Marketing, almost all of marketing is female, sales engineer team lead, VP of IR services, Head of media relations, head of PR operations, head of HR, recruitment, finance leaders, alot of the female sales leaders were promoted into their roles, just to name a few. what am i not seeing here? Am i just blind? I have met so many great female leaders in my short time here.
