Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Oh I see...

My management was so odd, so strange. I didn't quite get everything they were doing. But, I see it more clearly now. The run-on sentences followed by the DO NOTHING command tone. It worked, sort of, but it always looked a bit odd to me, and I was doing nothing already, and I did recognize the command tone. Once you know what the tricks are, it's a little transparent. So, that was a bit overdone in the end. Confusion technique in writing.

They pretty much overdo everything they do. So afraid someone will figure out what they are doing, but no one will. I have tried to tell them, but they just think I'm nuts. They actually think they will have a difficult time getting a job, but it must be so simple to get the interviewers to "feel" that they have to hire you. That you are the right one for the job. So, no problems there.

Well, this is pretty much over. I have enough evidence, I think, to defend myself if needed. Thanks for the "DO NOTHING" example. No one is going to listen to me, so you guys get to continue on tormenting and confusing as many people as you like. It's a sad world out there. I hate to think of the hundreds of people you have traumatized over the years, but there is nothing I can do about it at this point.

On the brighter side, I have noticed some other people doing some things they shouldn't be. Hopefully, I will be able to get recordings of them. It's amazing how many people are doing this. So, it's not all in vain I guess. I have learned a great deal. My eyes are opened and it's a really interesting world out there.

Have a great day!

Oh, if I were you, I wouldn't get a job with anyone that might know. It's always possible they might think twice about it.

Who will hire them? Like you said…they traumatized hundreds over the years…the hundreds are working all over… now could interviewing the very people that traumatized them. People might forget facts but they don’t forgot how others have made them feel.
They really stupid for ruining their reputations as many mid mgrs & VPs have done. If they do get hired I’m sure word gets out their mgmt will get letters about how they abused so many.

We suddenly living in a diff time. Poor mgmt, no leadership skills simply does not work.

One added piece of advice I should have put in the post:

Always record everything! You never know when you might need it!
