Major new head count reductions appear on the way. Managers talking about rating team and who's not performing. They only need to pay minimum so want to cut headcount when in bankruptcy. First burn shareholders now employees... Destination employer .... WTF!!

They will be left with the loudest bull$hitters while the quiet ones doing the work will be let go.
Anyway, we might be better off being let go and away from this constant negativity that Avaya is.
