We have a management that is scared of trying anything new. This has become a place where modern ideas and proposals go to die. We're stuck in the past while everybody else is moving forward. Instead of offering a better product, we're bullying our customers to make sure they pay as much as they can for the little we provide. This is not the Oracle I once knew.

Poor leadership still hiring for 1970’s. Only need to
Look at current leaders to see why it’s a mess and little growth over many years in share price. Oracles operating model and business is not sustainable and with so much bullying, HR “policies” are a joke. Toxic hires like EC and many more one realizes the place will continue to do poorly in spite of its cloud results. Has plenty of potential, but needs a company wide restructure and clean house.
My future is looking better and better. You need to get out of Oracle. Better sooner than later.
Future is bleak.
I want to know WHEN too. But June 6th isn’t going to work for me.
My question is WHEN, too?
Looks like upper mgmt wants to scale way back and focus on Cerner. Haven’t researched lately but last I read, seems Nvadia involvement is mostly stacked in Nvidias favor not so good for OCI. Seems like Oracle’s pricing is ridiculously low. Maybe Nvidia is going to save Oracle so much by replacing a large number of mid mgmt with AI and firing corrupt VP(s).
You new here?
This is the Oracle Way. Innovation is for pu$$ies. Overpaying for companies and technology is The Way. Bullying customers, employees and people who live in Lanai HI is the reason for being.
Seriously this is and has been Oracle’s reputation for literally decades.
If it is going to lead to the company’s demise, my only question is WHEN??
JM is this person in marketing. He's here to run things into the ground and keep SC happy—and nothing more.
