Batman a Go Go?

{ 60s Batman 🦇 music 🎶 playing ,,}

He Thanks JIM CHIRICO in his departure statement.

He was "hand picked" by Chirico to be moved into marketing b/c sales engineering/technologists don't allow the 'promise everything even if it's not client deployment possible' superhero way of life.

PS--Jim Chirico was finally served his legal summons last week. And is target # in an extensive SEC Investigation

If Batman says it is time to get out of Gotham, what does that mean for the rest of us?

Do any of us really care?

Wish him the best. Could have done without the sanctimonious ...everything, frankly. He was never managed properly. We don't live in an f'in superhero kingdom and the boxed world where all needs to align with a comic book theory is absolute nutty town. We all have skills. We all should want to be appreciated. Yet we all know when we also need to eat crow.
God speed man who oddly calls himself Batman. Hope you evolve and embrace the opportunity.

He’s told people where he’s going. It’s not an analyst firm.

Pretty confident that comment could apply to 3-4 "Pay2Play" Trade Journals or Phoney 'Research' groups along with 2-3 Analysts (2 whom r based in Mass). All make perfect sense.

Some people love to hear themselves talk.

Just to be clear.

Being REAlL. FACT SUPPORTED. ACCURATELY CRITIICAL✓✓✓✓ IS NOT PESSIMISM.
Is called being Accurate and Real.

Delusional.

Wait, you’re saying ZK hired Batman?

It will be very interesting during the depths of the ongoing SEC Investigation that the analyst who posted planted "analysis" for Avaya without disclosing they were "paid for" has hired an individual who is also part of the spreading mistruths and is already named in the SEC Investigation.

The fact is it is Batman himself who made everything personal. He has/had no ability to see anything objectively so he attacked all messengers and made personal assumptions. The problem is he spent so much energy on making it personal, he missed the runaway train that was the Avaya demise.
Hopefully he will begin to embrace deeper critical thinking skills. Such skills don't align with the need to post to be relevant or act like a subject matter expert on information he learns at the same moment as the general public. Knowledge is not currency or social media hits. It is only of value when you are not trying to cash in value. Ironically, I believe his biggest critics were also he is biggest supporters.

Who ever gives Batman an analyst role is in for a rude awakening (unless he radically changes overnight) He again declares his revenge for any challenger.
He lacked the sophistication to comprehend WHAT critics were speaking up about-- which was Avaya and Avayas obligation to the market to be real and honest and not full of spin and mis-truths. He was willing to participate so he ended up in the line of fire. He hasn't owned that. U til he does he proves he lacks objectivity to fairy assess anything.

Where are they saying they’re going to Zoom? I’d heard something different, going to a small company?

I spent about ten years in the Avaya ecosystem and when we joined it the first thing we noticed is that Avaya promoted bottom feeding. The large national resellers were awarded for going after the existing Avaya base of the smaller partners. Avaya also promoted the gray marketing of its product and refused to crack down on larger resellers who were gray marketing product. Avaya was cutting off its own legs. Avaya was a terrible ecosystem to work within and it was destined to fail.

When you name the embattled "Under Investigation" CEO in your Thank you "message", you are pretty much declaring your loyalty and should be prepared for all fallout.

Hope no prospective employers read this, poor guy will be doomed. He needs to shed the mask and cape. No room for single heros. All the best to him

Let's let him leave in ✌️
He has a right to privacy as he rebuilds.
As we know his brand is Avaya, and he tagged his departure announcement with Avaya Forever, he likely isn't going far & will remain in the ecosystem.
It's his option to take it as a fresh start or to return to the self promotion branding that created obstacles this past year. Let's hope he chooses wisely. And finds happiness and peace and eternal success.

So even the Caped Crusader knows when it's game over. Didn't think he had it in him. Bravo and Happy Trails. Anyone who has been through the Avaya dysfunction deserves a clean start.

He would have been a fine contributor if it weren't for the supreme ego while pretending to have no ego at all That always got him in trouble and it was difficult for him to be credible. He can speak to many things better than the average tenured sales support engineer, but he never left it at that. He would then take that forum to expound way beyond "breaking things down to layman's terms" and flat out make things up to fit some narrative. And then over time facts were rarely the main story and you never knew what was real vs bs storytelling. He could do well if he'd drop the ego and really be real, not simply proclaim he's real. This market climate is not forgiving or flexible enough to absorb fluff for too long
