Believe it or not but ultimate have some of the strongest in PR who are now on the UKG Side. That’s why there’s no press or no negative news
Meta has more than 100k employees and we have like 15k. Meta pays 2x or 3x to what Ukg pays, you can’t compare both. That said most tech companies are cutting out on people who don’t really code. The email was open ended so we can see more layoffs later this year. H&F needs to sell the company to public, and they’ll force to cut costs. It would be nice if they stop hiring people and cross train people instead of laying off. We also had 200 people who accepted voluntary retirement. It comes around 3%, same as workday.
Its 265 and what they didn't touch on was a large portion the fact that they're eliminating all part time positions. Most people in a part time role were offered full time positions, but people who couldn't work full time were let go (about 40).
Also, why would there be media coverage? We eliminated 265 positions, Meta eliminated 10,000+.
Agree with @ioj+1lxQcIAK Really surprised there is no media coverage anywhere. Companies which laid off much lesser numbers and some percentage are covered (eg:zscalar). I guess not many people really know or care about UKG.
are they offering an outplacment firm?
Also, it pi---s me off there's no media coverage. Literally, none.
