RIS Employee Su----e

Wasn’t there a RIS employee that committed su----e? Then a day after the su----e some Director in a team meeting insensitively asked “who’s doing his work now”? Yeah fact.

AVP status here is bloated and needs a thorough review by upper management during their "expense study". Mine serves no purpose other than being a high priced babysitter we don't need, adds no value, takes up a seat (salary) and by being here, prevents anyone qualified from ever being promoted. It's deplorable that employees need to be subjected to such garbage management here.

"You can state fact after fact. And the manager will say nothing to and even worse say you are wrong or mistaken."

Dealing with this right now with an AVP. One of the most demoralizing experiences in my career. Any other place I've work this guy would have been PIPed years ago.

You can stand right in front of a manager and give honest direct feedback - and nothing will be done.

You can state fact after fact. And the manager will say nothing to and even worse say you are wrong or mistaken.

Managers are skilled at gaslighting. And gaslighting their managers. Gaslighting all they way up the food chain.

Even the newly anointed managers know how to play the game. They lure you in so you believe you can trust them. They are there for you. They got your back. Gain your confidence. Then bam - you are blindsided. You just got used. And then sashay in $2,000 pumps over your roadkill body and smiling all along. Two faced twats.

Sorry, not sorry. Love ya. Xoxo

Would not surprise me. Toxic place where you will be overworked to Manager's benefit until you expire in the aisle. Mind you your review would not reflect the dedication. At the scene, Manager will non chalantly step over body or sashay around it and announce a quick plan to workload balance and leave. Manager is supremely satisfied with their quick thinking and be off to their kids soccer game

To the comment about the bag of dog sh!t for the bad manager. There are compaines that will send stinky items to people untraceable especially when you buy a gift card to send it!

@qbk+1lz5QAl3 they don't care if a manager is toxic or inept as long as the KPIs are being met.

Samuel L. Jackson said it best:

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee

@wnf+1lz5QAl3 So sorry to know this. I can relate to this. Always humiliated and feel ignored. Never praised.

I am sorry. RIS sounds unbelievably abusive and toxic. How has this been allowed? Oh I know. Only concerned about $

I was once intentionally humiliated by a senior leader of RIS…who spread rumors about me, thinking I was not aware of the inside jokes being exchanged in my presence with department managers. childish high school antics…at one point one of the managers told them to stop. This leader still here - nice bag of flaming sh!t on their door should do the trick.

Yeah. I was never given the opportunity to succeed in RIS because I was labeled by a new Manager as “not having potential”. Said in front of all members of that department So yeah my success at my job was never going to happen.
