I am currently an employee at Avaya looking to leave ASAP after this latest round of layoffs. Many very key people that I go to everyday, people that are top rated in their talent reviews found themselves terminated and given one day before their account access were turned off. No way for these critical resources to deliver or transition any customer facing quotes/proposals/deliverables to current employees. If you are looking for a place to go to work DO NOT LOOK FOR EMPLOYMENT AT AVAYA. Your future depends on it!
Do not trust ANY Area Sales Managers (business owners) or Executives within Avaya. Everyone is afraid to tell the new CEO and Board Members how bad working for Avaya is and suggestions on how to make things work better are ignored.
