Personally I think annual targets are way too low given everyone has returned to the office. Should be 300% of plan by July. It’s like selling oxygen on the moon.

Budgets are like p00p. They both roll down hill. Best you can do is Ingratiate with the C-suite.

Bud light marketing b*tch must be the new comp plan guru. Need to get rid of the "frat boy" mentality of the sales team.
Love that sales targets are always some unrealistic arbitrary number. Never any real market opportunity or intelligence. Message is always, “Sell More.” How? That’s for the rep to figure out.
