According to what people say, but also according to what they write here,
I get the impression that there have never been more people who would like to be laid off. However, I would prefer to leave voluntarily because looking for a new job after you lose your job is just too stressful.

Because the pay here is so bad that its easy to take a level or two backslide into a position you could do in your sleep and keep the same pay. If you're already half-assing it due to no motivation to work for Windstream why risk jumping ship until you can double-dip. Tech market is still competitive despite what employment rate says, and the chaff being cut from FAANG+ doesn't make it any easier to land a proper net/dev/IT job.
I wish I wasn’t picked. This was my home.
Staying until the bitter sweet end! See what the severance pay is!
LMAO Im going to stay on the titanic till it hits bottom. Why leave now as long as my paycheck doesn't bounce? If you are so stressed maybe you should leave now 😂😂😂 lol and beat the rush!
Pick me pick me
